The Pipes Family Foundation is pleased to announce our first annual scholarship to the University of Missouri – Columbia. Candidates will be reviewed, and the recipient announced later this year, with the scholarship awarded in the fall. Follow our blog for updates as the process unfolds.
We are proud to partner with the Gaines/Oldham Black Culture Center to honor the memory of Lloyd Gaines, his scholastic achievements, and his struggle to create a more equitable world. We establish this scholarship to help students following the trail that he blazed, so that they might experience fewer obstacles to achieving their dreams.
